DESlGN FR A JELLV-GLASS.

To all Awhom 'it 'may concern.-

Be it known that I, WILLIAM M. KIRUHNER, of Pittsburg, iu the county of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania., have invented a neur and improved Design for Jelly-Glass; and I do hereby declare the following to he n full, clear, and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawings forming part of this specification, in which- Figure I is a. perspective view of a. jelly-glass made after my improved design; and

Figure 2 is a like view of the same with the cap,

My design consists in a jelly-glass having a. hexagonally-shaped mouth, and a. hexagonally-shaped cap, with flanged edges t0 t over the month.

Around the mouth of the glass a is a bead, b, either continuous nud unbroken or broken at intervals.

The cap c is of like shape, so as to fit onto the mouth of the gloss a.

The edges of four of the sides of the cap c are folded down and under, so as to iit around the bead, as at c',

and the edges of the other two sides are bent down slightly, so that they may be slipped or sprung over the bead, as at c".

This cap slides onto the mouth of the glass, the folded sides c fitting against the head b on four sides, and the sides c" slipping over the bead ou the other two sides.

What I claim as my improved design, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

1. A design for a. jelly-glass having n hexzlgouallyshaped mouth, as described and shown.

2. A design for a hexagonally-shaped onp for a hexagonally-shaped jelly-glass, as described nud shown.
