MARIE BURGUNDER, OF MCKEES ROCKS, PENNSYLVANIA.
DESIGN FOR AN OLIVE-SPOON.
Application filed March 8, 1910.
T 0 all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, MARIE BURGUNDER, a citizen of the United States, residing at McKees Rocks, in the county of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Olive-Spoon; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and eXact de scription of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters and figures of reference marked thereon, which form a part of this specification.
This invention relates to new and ornamental design for spoons especially adapted for handling olives and consists of a peculiar shape and ornamentation of bowl and handle which is clearly illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which I have illustrated my design by a perspective View of the spoon with the ornamentation thereon.

Reference now being had to the details of the drawing by letter, A designates the bowl of the spoon which is angular in cross sec tion, as shown clearly in the figure of the drawing, and at the angled bottom portion of the spoon is an elongated opening C. Upon the inner concaved surface of the bowl is the representation of a twig or stem from an olive tree, having a stem D, the butt end of which extends into the handle of the spoon, and olive leaves D and the olives E. Upon the stem which curves away from the bowl appears a stem F having olive leaves F and the olive fruit F I claim,
The ornamental design for an olive spoon, as shown and described.
