To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, OTIS A. MYGATT, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Shades, Reflectors, or Similar Articles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
Figure 1 is a top plan view of a shade embodying the invention. Fig. 2 is a bottom plan View of the same.
My design consists of a shade having on one side substantially radial ribs or prisms and on the other side ribs or prisms arranged in waved lines generall, radial in direction, as shown. When viewed from either side Specification for Design.

the ribs nearest to the eye are more clearly seen and those on the opposite side are more dimly seen through the glass body oi the shade.
The optical results obtained from this design are peculiarly ornamental and novel and cannot be shown in a drawing. The a pearance of the shade varies continually the point of View changes, tinually differing light effects.
