DESIGN FOR A WOODEN VIAL SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 31,234, dated July 18, 1899.

ESTES, a, citizen of the United States, residing at New York, (Brooklym) in the countyof Kings and State of NeW York, have invented and prod need a new and original Design fol' a W'ooden Viel, of which the following is a speoifioation, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, in which-- Figure 1 is an elevation, Fig. 2 :L plan, and Fig. 3 a vertical section, illustrating my design.

The Wooden vial is round; and the leading or material features of my design consist in the'ounded edges of the body and uppe' edge of the stoppe' and the bended nppe' end to the neclc.

The body of the Wooden Vial is round, with parallel sides u, and the neok is round, with arallel sides b and of smaller diameter than the body. The bottom edge (l of the body is rounded, and the upper edge a is sinilnrly rounded, and the top edge 2 of the round stoppe' e is also rounded, and the npper end of the neok is provided With a` senci'cnla' head f.

W'hat I claim is- The design fol' a Wooden vial, substanti tlly as shown and described.
