DESIGN FOR A STAKE T0 MARK GRAVES.
TO ALL WHOM I'Vl MAY CONCERN:
Be it known that I, GUSTAVUS ARND, of the city, county, and State of New York have invented a new and ornamental Design of Stelco for Enclosing Graves; and I do hereby declare the following to be u full, clearl and exact description thereof, which will enable those skilled in the art to make and use thc same, reference being hall to the accompanying drawing, forming part of this specification, in which drawing- Figure l represents a front View of my stake.
Figure 2 is a side elevation thereof.

This invention relates to a. design for a stake for enclosing graves, the principal fcature'of which is a shoulder, which indicates the division between the shank and the head of my stake, and which imparts to my stake a peculiar appearance, distinct from ordinary stakes generally used for the same purpose.
A represents my stake, which is composed of two distinct parts, viz, the head, a, and the shank, I). At the point where the two parts join, n shoulder, c, is formed, which imparts to my stake a distinct appearance` Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
