DESIGN FOR .A GARTER.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 29,204, dated August 9, 1898.

A lication fil d August 13, 1897. Serial No. 648,176. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, GILBERT HJBLAKESLEY, of the town of Bristol, in the county of Hartford and State of Connecticut, have invented and produced a new and original Design for garter in perspective, and referring particularly thereto it will be seen that the body or main part of the garter A forms a circle and is uniform in Width. At the front the body part, as shown, is broken, and there is shown between the ends round parts B and O C, the 20 part B being straight and much larger than C C and the parts 0 0 being oblique.

The leading feature of my design, however, is the substantially circular body part with the front showing ends joined by two difierent sized parts, one straight and the other oblique.

Having thus described myinvention, what I claim is The design for a garter substantially as herein shown and described.
