DESIGN FOR A PRISM-LIGHT.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 28,218, dated January 25, 1898.

Application filed October 1, 1897. Serial No. 653,756. Term of patent 14 years.

Be it known that I, GEORGE K. CUMMINGS, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, in the county of New York, State of New York, have invented and produceda new and original Design for Ornamental Prism-Lights, of which the following is a specification.

My design is fully shown in the accompanying drawing, which forms a part hereof.

My design consists of a pane or light one surface of which is provided with a series of angular prismatic projections parallel with one another and extending entirely across the pane and placed edge to edge, and the other surface of which is provided with a series of convex projections parallel with one another and extending entirely across the pane and placed edge to edge, the convex projections being parallel with the prismatic projections and being of the same width at the base as the prismatic projections and being placed directly opposite thereto, the essential feature of my design consisting of a pane or light having parallel prismatic projections on one side without intervening spaces, and parallel convex projections on the other side without intervening spaces, the bases of the convex projections being opposite and equal in width to the bases of the prismatic projections.

\Vhat I claim as new and desire to secure The design for an ornamental prism-light, consisting of the design as herein shown and described.
