13e it known that l, FRANK L. WRIGHT, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a certain new and original Design for Prism-Plates, of which the 'following is a description.

My invention relates to designs for prismplates.

Figure l is a plan view of a prism-plate embodying my design. Fig. 2 is a cross-section therethrough on line 2 2.

A is the body of the plate; B B, a series of surface areas thereon formed by the lines of separation C C. The surface areas are substantially uniform. D D are lines produced upon such surface areas, so as to form on a group of central surface areas a central design, as is shown.

The essential features of my design are found in a prism-plate comprising a substantially flat extended body with prisms on one side and lines of separation on the other which divide such side into a series of substantially uniform surface areas and a pattern produced upon a group of such surface areas near the center of the plate, so as to give the appearance of an ornainented center with a surrounding lield.

I claim- A design for a prism-plate, substantially as shown and described.
