DESIGN FOR A CLAMP FOR BICYCLE-HANDLES.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 26,361, dated December 1, 1896.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, LnWIs P. HALLAIJAY, a citizen of the United States, residing at Marion, in the county of Grant, in the State of Indiana, have invented a certain new and useful Design for a Clamp for Bicycle-Handles, of which the following is a description.

My invention relates to a design for handlebar devices for bicycles. It is illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein Figure 1 is a plan view of a bicycle-handle clamp, showing my design. Fig. 2 is a side elevation of the same. Fig. 3 is a front view.

Like parts are indicated by the same lotter in all the figures.

The leading feature of my design consists in a ring-like portion having a raised rounded rib across one exterior surface and at the 0pposite end of the same radius a flange-like portion. The clamp has also the inside projections, as shown.

Referring to the parts by letter, A is one half of the frame; B, the other half; C D, the two parts which together make the rounded ring 5 E F, the two parts which together make the projecting flange, and G G the internal projections.

\Vhat I claim is The design for a clamp for bicycle-handles, substantially as shown and described.
