CHARLES BOOZ, OF BUFFALO, NEW YORK, ASSIGNOR, BY MESNE ASSIGN- MENTS, TO GEORGE K. BIRGE, OF SAME PLACE.
DESIGN FOR WALL-PAPER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 24,827, dated October 29, 1895.
Application filed September 27, 1895. Serial No. 563,941. Term of patent 3% years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, CHARLES BOOZ, a citiaen of the United'States, residing at Buifalo, in the county of Erie and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for WVall-Papenof which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawing, showing a part thereof.
The design consists of Romanesque style of ornaments formed of ornamental scrolls diverging right and left from a small circle containing a four-leaf rosette and a coneshaped ornament or figure above said circle, as represented in the accompanying drawing. Said ornaments are placed at regular distances apart over the surface of the paper and a plain narrow band is arranged vertically on each side of said ornaments.
The border of the design is formed of a series of lines and leaf likescrolls forming a circular figure or ornamentwithacone shaped ornament in the center and pendent ornamental figures between said circular ornaments and connected with said circular ornaments by curved and straight lines, as shown in the drawing. A narrow horizontal band forms the top and bottom of said border.
