DESIGN FOR A LAMP-FOUNT HOLDER.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 24,612, dated August 20, 1895. Application filed July 22, 1895. Serial No. 556.830. Term of patent 3% years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, FRANZ YOKEL, of Meriden, in the county-of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented a new Design for a Lamp-Forint Holder, (Case 13;) and I do hereby declare the following, when taken in connection with the accompanying drawing and the letters of reference marked thereon, to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, and which said drawing constitutes part of this specification, and represents a perspective view of a lamp-fount holder embodying my design.
This invention relates to a design for a lampfount holder, and it consists in the configuration and ornamentation as shown in the accompanying drawing.
The holder is of howl-like character. The
central portion B of the bowl is plain, and around the upper edge of the bowl and depending over the plain portion B is a circu nih ferential band C, ornamented by lattice-work, scrolls, and iioriated figures. Surrounding the base of the bowl and overlapping the said plain portion B is a circumferential band D, ornamented by scroll figures and medallions. This band D is contracted, forming the ornamental base A, all as shown in the accompanying illustration.
