DESIGN FOR A MEAT-TRIMMING KNIFE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 23,659, dated September 25, 1894.

Application filed August 20, 1894. Serial No. 520,844. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, IIENRY L. KOENIG, of the city of Boles, Franklin county, State of Missouri, have invented a new and original Design fora Meat-Trimming Knife, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part hereof.

In the drawings: Figure 1 is a perspective view of a knife embodying my design. Fig.2 is a side elevation of the same.

My design consists of a straight handle portion 1 and a straight blade portion 2 extending parallel to each other, but located in different planes, the one in advance of the other and having their adjacent ends connected by an ornamental body 3, the opposite edges of which are curved, or bowed, outward and terminate at abrupt outwardly projecting shoulders or projections 4. The free end of the blade portion 2 is pointed, and one edge 5 of the same is very thin, while the opposite edge 6 is blunt. \Vhat I claim is- The design fora meat trimming knife, as herein shown and described.
