Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D52-1) FIG. 1 is an isometric view, taken primarily from the front, of a timing and counting device, showing my new design thereof;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof on reduced scale;

FIG. 3 is a right end elevational view thereof on the same scale as FIG. 2; and

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof on the same scale as FIG. 2.

The front elevational view has the same silhouette as FIG. 2. The right end elevational view is the same as FIG. 3, allowing for the other direction of viewing. The bottom plan view has the same silhouette as FIG. 4, and the bottom is plain.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a timing and counting device, substantially as shown and described.
