FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of the unit shown at FIG. 1, taken on the line 3 and looking in the direction of the arrow;

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken on the line 4-4 of FIG. 2 looking in the direction of the arrows.

The undisclosed rear portion of the blade is unornamented.

I claim: The ornamental design for a dry land chisel tiller blade, as shown and described.
