FIG. 2 is a top view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a side view thereof, the opposite side having a similar appearance except for the omission of the actuator lever.

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.

The dominant features of my design reside in the portions shown in full lines, the center of the mounting sleeve being broken away in FIG. 1 to indicate indeterminate length and the end portion of said sleeve being broken away in FIGS. 2, 5 and 6 for convenience of illustration.
