FIGURE 1 is a perspective view of a desk pad or similar article showing our new design;

FIGURE 2 is an enlarged front elevational view with parts thereof being shown broken away for convenience of illustration; and

FIGURE 3 is an enlarged front elevational view of a modified form thereof wherein the base portion stops short of the side rails.

The characteristic feature of our design resides in a base portion having a pair of rectilinear side rails, each rail having a substantially longitudinally coextensive interiorly juxtaposed inwardly sloping side cushion.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a desk pad or similar article, as shown and described.
