My design comprises a nail clipper having a slideably mounted knife blade on one face thereof secured in closed position by a lug on the operating lever so that one edge thereof is exposed and pivoted to the narrower end of the casing, said blade having a depending locking lug adjacent the pivot point, all as shown.

The ornamental design for a combined nail clipper and knife, as shown and described.
