FIG. 2 is an end view of the Whirligig as seen from the left in FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a plan view of the Whirligig shown in FIGS. 1 and '2.

The cord and handle portions have been omitted from FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, for convenience of illustration.

The essential features of my new design are the open ended tubes mounted in diametrically opposed ones of the smaller quadrantally disposed holes in the disc so as to project substantially three times the diameter of such tubes from the disc on each side thereof and two larger diametered holes disposed at midway radial positions between the smaller diametered holes in the disc.
