FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a butter dish, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view with the knife ledge extending to the left thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view thereof to more clearly illustrate the base structure; and

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of the butter dish with the cover removed to show the guide lines for cutting butter patties.

The dominant feature of my design resides in the cantilever shelf in combination with the substantially rectangular base and cover having rounded edges and corners, all as shown.
