FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of an ink marking instrument, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the cap portion; and

FIG. 4 is an exploded elevational view thereof.

The essential features of my design reside in the portions shown in solid lines on the drawings. The conventional felt nib portion has been omitted for convenience of illustration.

This application is a continuation of my copending application, Serial No. D. 59,400, filed February 15, 1960, and now abandoned.
