Figure 2 is an enlarged top plan view of my design of a 7 cover handle;

Figure 3 is a side elevational view of the handle;

Figure 4 is a bottom plan view of the handle; and

Figure 5 is a view of the left end of the handle as shown in Figure 3 looking in a direction toward the right.

The ornamental design for a cover handle, as shown and described.
