Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D74-1) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Herbert W. Marano, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Summit, New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Stapler, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof, in which Figure 1 is a side elevational view of a stapler showing my new design, the base plate portion thereof which constitutes the essential feature of my design being shown in solid lines on the drawing;

Figure 2 is a top plan view of the base plate as it appears detached from the stapler;

Figure 3 is a rear end elevational view of the base plate; and

Figure 4 is a sectional view thereof taken on the line 4-4 of Figure 2.

The ornamental design for a stapler, as shown and described.
