Be it known that I, Martin I. Deutsch, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, in the county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Table Lamp Base or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front view of a table lamp base or similar article, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a back view thereof.

Fig. 3 is a side view thereof, as seen from the left of Fig. 1, but drawn to a slightly enlarged scale.

Fig. 4 is a side view thereof, as seen from the right of Fig. 1, but drawn to a slightly enlarged scale.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a table lamp base, or similar article, substantially as shown.
