Be it known that I, Gilbert N. Fryer, a citizen of the United States of America, resident of Glendora, in the county of Los Angeles, State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Pencil Sharpener, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing, Fig. 1 is a side perspective view of a pencil sharpener showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view; and

Fig. 3 is an end elevational view thereof.

The essential features of my design reside in the portions shown in solid lines on the drawings.

I claim: The ornamental design for a pencil sharpener, as shown and described.
