Be it known that I, Ving Fuller, a citizen of the United States, residing at 4546 Stem Ave., Sherman Oaks, in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Toy Bank or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a toy bank or similar article, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

Fig. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

Fig. 5 is a front elevational view thereof; and

Fi 6 is a rear elevational view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a toy bank or similar article, as shown.
