Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D56-9) To all whom it may concern:
Be is known that 1, Jack Baroisky, a citizen of the United States, residing at Los Angeles, in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Casing for a Piano or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a casing for a piano or similar article, showing my new design, the music rack and illuminable portions being shown in open position.
Fig. 2 is a fragmentary perspective view thereof, showing the music rack and illuminable portions closed.
Fig. 3 is a similar view showing one illuminable portion closed while the other illuminable portion and the music rack are partly open.
Fig. 4 is a. fragmentary side elevational view thereof with both illuminable portions open and the music rack in a semi-open position.
Fig. 5 is a fragmentary front elevational view thereof.
The sides opposite those shown in the drawings are the same as the sides illustrated. The back is plain.
The dominant features of my design are shown in solid lines in the drawings.
This is a division of my application Serial Number D. 17,776 filed December 19, 1951, now 'Patent No. D. 167,606.
I claim:
The ornamental design for a casing for a piano or similar article, as shown and described.
