To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Edward Parucki and Edmund S. Cebulski, citizens of the United States of America, residing respectively at Lackawanna and Buffalo, county of Erie and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Christmas Tree Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof, in which Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a Christmas tree holder showing our new design.

Fig. 2 is a front elevation thereof.
