UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE PORTABLE SPOTLIGHT David M. Morgenstcrn, Euclid, Ohio, assignor to Nelmor Corporation, Chicago, 111., a corporation of Illinois To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, David M. Morgenstern, a citizen of the United States, residing at Euclid, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Portable Spotlight, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part hereof, wherein Fig. l is a side elevational View of a portable spotlight showing my new design; Fig. 2 is a front elevational View thereof; Fig. 3 is a cross sectional view through the handle, taken on the line 3-3 of Fig. 1; and Fig. 4 is a rear elevational view of the spotlight on a reduced scale.

The ornamental design for a portable spotlight, as shown.
