Be it known that I, Joseph Shannon Nicholson, a citizen of the Dominion of Canada, and residing at 15 Yendys Street, in the city of Sydney, in the Province of Nova Scotia, in the Dominion of Canada, have invented a new, original and ornamental Design for a Combination Memorandum Pad and Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of the upper face of a combination memorandum pad and holder, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a perspective view showing the upper face of the case with the memo sheets and holder partially extended outward therefrom.

Figure 3 is a perspective view showing the bottom face of the case with the memo sheets partially extended outward therefrom.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a combination memorandum pad and holder, as shown.
