PATENT OFFICE To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Domenick Ippolito, a citizen of the United States, residing at Glendale, in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Toy Pistol, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing Fig. 1 is a top plan view of the toy pistol, showing my new design;

Fig, 2 is a side elevation looking in the direction of the arrow 2 of Fig. 1;

Fig. 3 is a front elevation looking in the direction of the arrow 3 of Fig. 2;

Fig. 4 is a rear elevation looking in the direction of the arrow A of Fig. 2.
