To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Richard Newman, a citizen Y of the United States, residing at Forest Hills, New

York, in the county of Queens and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Desk Clock or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan View of a desk clock or the like, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational View; and

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan View of the same looking in the direction of the arrows 33 on Fig. 2.

Both side views of Fig. 1 are similar.

I claim: The ornamental design for a desk clock or the like, as shown and described.
