Be it known that I, James L. Houston, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Seattle, in the county of King and the State of Washington, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Plate or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

The sole figure is a top plan view of a plate or similar article, showing my new design.

The dominant features of the design reside in the pictorial figure in the center of theplate and in the bordering ornamentation, as shown. Considered in side elevation, the plate or similar article is conventional in appearance.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a plate or similar article, as shown and described.
