OFFICE EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL INSTRUMENT To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Robert Kahn, a citizen of the United States, residing at Highland Park, in the county of Lake and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Educational and Recreational Instrument, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure l is a top plan view of an educational and recreational instrument, showing my new design in assembled relation;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

Fig. 3 is an exploded top plan view thereof with the gnomon of the sun dial elevated, the magnifying glass and the weather forecaster moved to open or operative position, and the writing instrument removed for use;

Fig, 4 is a, fragmentary side elevational View of the instrument case in the position of Fig. 3, the writing instrument being omitted for convenience of illustration; and

Fig. 5 is a rear elevational view of the instrument case, the writing instrument being omitted for convenience of illustration.

The dominant features of my new design are shown in solid lines in the drawing.

I claim:

The ornamental design for an educational and recreational instrument, substantially as shown and described.
