Be it known that I, Nina I. Law, a citizen of the United States, residing at Colorado Springs, in the county of El Paso and State of Colorado, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Boot Scraper, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

In the accompanying drawing:

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a boot scraper showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front elevation view thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a left hand. side view of Fig. 2.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a boot scraper, substantially as shown.
