STATES PATENT OFFICE CIGAR CUTTER William R. Tuttle and William J. Beldue, Rochester, N. Y., assignors to The Kurlash Company, Inc., Rochester, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, William R. Tuttle and William J. Beldue, citizens of the United States of America, and residents of Rochester, county of Monroe, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cigar Cutter, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a face view of a cigar cutter in closed position, showing our new design;

Fig. 2 is a face view of the cigar cutter in open position; and

Fig. 3 is an edge view of the cigar cutter, looking from the right of Fig. 1.

We claim: The ornamental design for a cigar cutter, substantially as shown.
