UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE TOILET SEAT AND COVER THEREFOR Giflord M. Mast and Wright K. Gannett, Davenport, Iowa, assignors to Mast Development Company, Inc., Davenport, Iowa, a corporation of Iowa To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Gifford M. Mast and Wright K. Gannett, both citizens of the United States, and residing at Davenport, in the county of Scott and State of Iowa, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Toilet Seat and Cover Therefongof which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawings forming a part thereof.

In the drawings,

Figs. 1 and 2 are perspective views of a toilet seat and cover therefor embodying our present design;

Fig. 3 is a plan view thereof; and

Fig. 4 is an edge view thereof.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a toilet seat and cover therefor, substantially as shown.
