OFFICE SPOON OR SIMILAR ARTICLE William H. Gerth, Oneida, N. Y., assignor to Oneida Ltd, Oneida, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, William H. Gerth, a citizen of the United States, residing at Oneida, county of Madison, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, of which the following is a, specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a front view of a spoon, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a back view of the spoon;

Figures 3, 4 and 5 are sections taken on the respective lines 3--3; 44 and 5-5 of Figure 1.

The essential features of my design for a spoon or similar article reside in the configuration of the handle in combination with the particular type of ornamentation as applied thereto.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
