OFFICE DESIGN FOR A CAP OR THE LIKE Tobias Noped, Brooklyn, N. Y., assignor to Noped Mfg. 00., a copartnership composed of Tobias Noped and Gertrude Nopecl, New York, N. Y.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Tobias Noped, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Brooklyn, in the county of Kings, city and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cap or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a front perspective view of a cap showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a similar view thereof as it appears with the back flap member in lowered position, and

Fig. 3 is a rear elevational View of the cap shown in Fig. 2. I

The side of the cap not shown is substantially identical to the side shown.

I claim: The ornamental design for a cap or the like, substantially as shown and described.
