To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Herman S. Davis, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Envelope or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a plan view of an envelope showing my new design when open;

Fig. 2 is a front view thereof when closed;

Fig. 3 is a rear view thereof when closed;

Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken on the line 4-4 of Fig. 2 when closed.

The complete ornamentation as shown in Fig. 1 is to be continued over Figs. 2 and 3.

I claim: The ornamental design for an envelope or similar article, as shown and described.
