Be it known that I, William Huppert, a citizen of the United States and a resident of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Electrical Plug Cap, of which the following is a, specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a side View of an electrical plug cap, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is an end view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a top plan view; and

Fig. 4 is a bottom plan view.

The characteristic features of my design reside in the portions shown in full lines.

I claim: The ornamental design for an electrical plug cap, substantially as shown and described.
