UNITED STATES PATENT QFFICE DESIGN FOR A XYLOPHONE 0R SHWILAR ARTICLE To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Arthur Frohman, a citizen of United States, residing at New York city, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Xylophone or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a front view of a Xylophone or similar article, showing my new design;

F g. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

Fig. 4 is an end elevational viewthereof; and

Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken on line 5-5 of Fig. 1.

I claim: The ornamental design for a Xylophone or similar article, as shown.
