Be it known, that I, Clifiord Brooks Stevens, a citizen of the United States residing at Milwaukee, in the county of Milwaukee and State of Wisconsin, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a. Handle for Hand Luggage, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a top plan view of a handle for hand luggage, embodying my new design;

Figure 2 is a side elevational view thereof; and

Figure 3 is a. cross sectional view through the handle taken on the plane of the line 3--3 of Figure 2.

I claim: The ornamental design for a handle for hand luggage, as shown.
