Be it known that I, Abraham P. Lerman, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Novelty Wall Plaque, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a. novelty wall plaque embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is an edge elevational view of the same as seen from the left hand edge in Fig. 1; and

Fig. 3 is a top plan view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a novelty wall plaque, substantially as shown.
