Be it known that I, Max L. Goldbert, a citizen of the United States of America and a resident of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cigarette Box or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference bein had to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 is a perspective view of a cigarette box, or similar article, with the covers in closed position, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof with the covers in closed position;

Fig. 3 is an end elevational view thereof with the covers in closed position;

Fig. 4 is a top plan view thereof, with the covers in closed position;

Fig. 5 is a side elevational View similar to Fig. 2, with the covers swung upwardly of the box; and

Fig.6 is a section on theline 6-6 of Fig. 4, showing the bevel of the cover.

The ornamental design for a cigarette box or similar article, as shown.
