To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that 1, CHARLES W. SWAPP, of the city of Boston, county of Suffolk, and State of Massachusetts, haie invented and produced anew and original Design for a. Pattern to be Inwrought in Two or Three Ply Ingrain and other Carpeting, in such colors as may be desired; and I do hereby declare that the photographic print accompanying this specification conveys to any one skilled in the art of carpetweaving a clear understanding of the same,

and is sufficient to enable such person to use my invention.

What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The design for ornamenting ingrain or other carpeting, as shown in the photographic print accompanying this specification.
