Be it known that I, Sylvester G Lipic, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of St. Louis and State of Missouri, have invened a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Pocket Pencil or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a View in side elevation of a pocket pencil showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a plan view thereof.

The characterizing feature of my design resides in a pencil of the configuration shown, and having a transparent cap extending above the pocket clip, the cap having bands at each end thereof and containing therein a specimen of a liquid or the like contrasting in color with the barrel of the pencil.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a pocket pencil or similar article, as shown and described.
