PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SHOE OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Oswald M. Pick, Chicago, Ill., assignor to The Florsheim Shoe Company, Chicago, 111., a corporation of Illinois To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Oswald M. Pick, a citizen of the United States and a resident of the city of Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

On the drawing:

Figure 1 is a top plan View of the shoe showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a side elevational View thereof slightly in perspective.

The essential features of my design reside in a plurality of parallel curved strips, defined between lines of stitching, and arising at the shank on one side of the shoe and continuing along the sides and across the front of the vamp to end at the shank on the other side of the shoe, together with a perforated strip, defined between lines of stitching, and paralleling the lace holes for a portion of its length and then curving backwardly to meet a curved strip extending along the side of the shoe.

The ornamental design for a shoe or similar article, as shown and described.
