UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR OTHER ARTICLE OF FLATWARE Alfred G. Kintz, Wallingford, Conn., assignor to International Silver Company, Meriden, Conn, a corporation of New Jersey Application November 16, 1938, Serial No. 81,134

Be it known that I, Alfred G. Kintz, a citizen of the United States, residing at Wallingford, county of New Haven, State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Other Article of Flatware, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a spoon showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken on the line 2-2 of Fig. 1.

The back of the spoon conforms with the disclosure of Fig. 2, and may be plain or have surface ornamentation embodying the motif disclosed in Fig. 1.

The design is intended for use on sets comprising spoons, forks, knives and similar articles of table-ware.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or other article of flatware, substantially as shown and described.
