DESIGN FOR CLOCK AND BELL.

Specification forming part of Design No. 11,048, dated March 4, 1879 application filed February 7, 1879.

Be it known that I, J. ANDREAS LINDE- MANN, of Brooklyn, in the State of New York, have originated and designed a Clock and Bell, of which the following is afull, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying photographic illustration, makin g part of this specification.

I arrange a figure of a man, A, holding under one arm the clock B. Before this figure a hell, 0, is placed, supported 011 a suitable stand, D. The hand of the other arm of the figure has the hammer E attached, and, being made movable and connected to the striking mechanism of the clock-work, strikes the hour upon the bell O. The figure A and the stand D are arranged on a base-plate, F.

What I claim as my invention is- A design for a clock, consisting of a man holding under one arm a clock, and in the hand of the other arm the hammer, and abell in front of the figure, substantially in the manner above described.
