PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A COMBINED LADYS HAND- BAG AND VANITY CASE Josefine Giertlen, Koln-Nippes, Germany Term of patent 7 years To all whom it may concern.

Be it known that I, Josefine Gierden, a citizen of the German Republic, residing at Koln-Nippcs, Germany, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Ladys Handbag and Vanity Case, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a combined ladys handbag and vanity case in closed position showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational View thereof in open position, and

Fig. 3 is a front elevational view thereof in closed position.

The drawing shows a combined ladys hand= bag and vanity case comprising a bipartite bag, circular in front elevation, a circular vanity case, concentrically embodied therein, a bipartite locl ing device substantially circular in front elevation and substantially oval in side elevation and a handle attached to one part of the locking device.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a combined iadys handbag and vanity case substantially as shown and described.
